Infinite Love with Kate
My self-healing journey, living with a facial difference and acknowledging I was drowning in my own darkness. Realizing everything I was doing in my past, wasn’t quite aligning with who I desired to be & feel, so I started changing the trajectory of my future by choosing to sit within & feel everything I was so scared to feel. I simply let go and surrendered to the process & trusted in myself & chose me!

Hi Kate this is MJ from TikTok and also Mr Kent's new friend. First off I am so grateful to have listened to this particular episode even though out of order -- it's what I needed to hear today and finish now before i go to bed. I was just at Mayo Clinic Rochester where I live today for super powerful nerve blocks into my face and neck as a last resort to so many migraine treatments that have been only somewhat successful. I am a survivor of childhood abuse and trauma as well as a survivor of domestic violence twice in my lifetime-- complex ptsd travels with me and shows up through my brains muscle memory throughout my years. I just turned 55 this last week and honestly your podcast helped cement my gratitude journey. I done many different journals but Kent shared with me the every day for two weeks 5 things I love about my partner and one thing negative- then do the same about myself. After just two days it has helped me see my partner and his struggles through a different lens -- one of graduate! Though I don't know your entire story --and ours are completely different I just had to say THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR STORY there is so much power in story telling. I am resilient: breast cancer survivor, back surgery, now adverse reactions to a treatment I allowed Mayo Clinic to do on my brain? And yet I am so grateful. Thank you and I so look forward to listening to your podcast and can't wait to hear more!
