Season 4 "Guess Who's Back!!!"
It has been a beautiful month off, after ending season 3. During this time, I have taken the time to get other projects back on track, I also took the time to rest, relax, [ick up a new habit of running (I know, what in the what)! This season I have invested in some simple tools to take my podcast on the op. I plan to remove myself from my office and simply take my podcast on the go, to any adventure that is brought my way. If this means simply going on a hike, or to the store pr perhaps on a trip (oooooohhh the plot thickens)!
Anyways, enjoy my first episode back, as I take you on a journey into he woods whilst doing ng my yoga. Sharing my perspectives on this beautiful healing journey.
