Episode 27
In episode 27, I talk about what most people don't, and that is the harder parts of a self healing journey. I talk about how life changes constantly and that lessons (i.e., wounds) resurface in different forms, because there is still more to work on within). I've learned over time and doing much needed work within, that my energy triggers people. I have found at th beginning that this was an uncomfortable experience, but over time and doing inner work, that it becomes less uncomfortable.
